FOUNDER

IMG_3185.jpeg

I, the Lupo, Dirk Reber, born in 73, am the founder and owner of Wolfstrack. As a trainer, facilitator, mentor and guide, I have been travelling the world's various landscapes for 30 years.

As an independet  wolf, I went out into the world very early on, where I was able to get involved and develop in non-governmental international development cooperation. My focus was always on promoting change in the respective socio-cultural environment and the corresponding influence on the relationship with the environment. I have travelled to many countries, cultures and natural environments around the world.

However, my great passion is the great outdoors: like a wolf, I prefer to be out in nature alone or in a pack, always on the lookout for new challenges. There is nothing I don't like: from snowshoe and ski tours in the high Alps to enjoyable canoeing on lonely rivers and trekking tours in tropical forests and along the coasts.

I have discovered for myself that being outdoors and deeply connected to nature is the best way to bring about positive change. My global experiences have shaped my journey and today I am one of the few, who skilfully and successfully which connects experiences in an international context with the spheres of nature..

Like the wolf, I also need rock-solid fixed points in my life to guide me. One such fixed point is my family - my pack - which gives me support and orientation and from which I can swarm out.

PACK

Without the wolf pack, it would never have been possible to discover and live this passion and expertise: the basis Wolfstrack is located in a 250-year-old historic half-timbered farmhouse in Wachtberg-Niederbachem in Drachenfelser Ländchen, surrounded by hills and forests. Being in nature, being inspired by nature, working with nature, realising ideas and creating positive change are fundamental aspects of life for the entire Wolfpack.

Wolfstrack does not work in isolation and alone, but also involves other "wolves". Depending on the course or exploration, Wolfstrack works together with other trainers and guides. Here is a small selection of "wolves" who have an inspiring influence on Wolsftrack

METHODOLOGY

Nature Explorer

We are all nature - nature is our home.

At Wolfstrack, we combine the wild wisdom of the wolf, the deep insights of the Ecological Self and the timeless symbolism of the Wheel of Transformation. This unique connection of nature, personal growth and cultural richness is at the heart of our work and opens up transformational experiences rooted in harmony with nature.

The Wolf, a creature of wild landscapes and untamed freedom, inspires us as a symbol of leadership, adaptability and community. In the rhythm of its paws on the forest floor and the unity of the pack, we find a vivid metaphor for balance and connection. The wolf teaches us to trust our instincts, strengthen relationships and meet life's challenges with courage and grace. It invites us to embrace our own wildness while creating harmony within and around us.

The Ecological Self reminds us that we are not separate from nature, but an integral part of its network. Our well-being is closely linked to the health of the ecosystems around us. By nurturing this connection, we open up pathways for sustainable and meaningful growth – both personally and collectively – and recognise that nature is not just a backdrop, but a partner in our journey through life.

The Wheel of Transformation, often also called the medicine wheel, contains a wisdom that has survived cultures and centuries. It represents the cycles of life, the cardinal points and the elements of existence and serves as a map for change. In our programmes, we use this holistic perspective to guide individuals and teams through the cycles, challenges and transitions of life – with mindfulness and balance.

Our methodology combines indigenous wisdom with contemporary insights. We invite participants to take part in immersive experiences that combine ecotherapy, wilderness education and outdoor leadership with innovative approaches such as Theory U, team development and communication skills. We design learning processes that are as playful and adventurous as they are profound. We always pay attention to the cultural roots of the various approaches we incorporate, integrating them respectfully and authentically – without appropriating them.

Imagine stepping into a circle at dawn, surrounded by the scent of pine and earth, with the call of a wolf echoing in the distance. This is where transformation begins – not through lectures or theories, but through connection: to yourself, to others and to the living world around you. This is where Wolfstrack comes into its own, creating moments that awaken the wild, intuitive and wise parts of ourselves.

At Wolfstrack, we support individuals and organisations on a path of growth, mindfulness and insight that is not only deeper but also more authentic – rooted in the rhythm of nature.
